outstanding prereq

I have yet to take one pre req (exercise science) necessary for three schools to which i'm applying. I am not yet enrolled in the course, but plan to take it within the next few months (online). All schools allow 1-2 outstanding pre reqs at the time of application. However, do I have to indicate to admissions that I plan on enrolling?
