Ow!! My final marks!

Ok I just got my last two course marks today. I only needed to take 2 arts courses to finish my Chem Major requirements. I took German 434 and Classical Studies 301 this semester while i worked, they're both supposed to be easy arts credits.

I had my German final April 22. I entered the exam with 90, ended up with a 92.

I had my Classical test on April 3rd, the same day i found out i got into Temple, off the alternate list. Nothing stuck in my head, i forgot everything! (and it was a straight memorization course!). Its a computer based final, and because of small spelling errors on 70% of the test, i lost a lot of marks (25 questions worth 5 marks, no partials awarded). Had 80 entering, now my final mark is 58. So you can imagine how well i scored on my final!

Temple wants me to submit my final marks... you think they would care about this? It doesnt affect my gpa whatsoever, and the class has nothing to do with my degree. Should i try to explain it?

i dont know what to do!!!!!! Im just a tiny bit worried...

Hey,

I don't know about Temple's requirements, but for Tufts, I had to sign a contract stating that I would achieve at least a "C" in every remaining course....anything less and they would revoke my acceptance. Just to be safe, I would email mark lombard and ask him...especially since there is alot of time left before school starts and you can make up anything you have to.

My marks plummeted too after i found out i got in...just like you i couldnt really concentrate.

I think Temple only looks at A/B/C's... no + and -'s... so that is a C...

I will call and double check i guess. I never signed any contracts tho...

Should be ok...
