Hey guys and gals,
The place is a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment in Alhambra. The rooms are big (yours would be 12 by 13 with a large closet) and you would have your own bathroom with a tub. Also, the kitchen is HUGE and the living room is actually a living room and a den so its pretty big as well. It has a fireplace, dishwasher, and laundry on site (the laundry costs I think). There is a ton of storage space and A/C.
Its a ground unit (with no one on top of us so no foot traffic noise). The place is in a cute area which is safe. It's a 5 min walk to downtown Alhambra (on Garfield and Main) which has restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, nightlife, a movie theater, cafes and even laser tag! It's also within walking distance of a farmer's market and a bus stop that takes you straight to Keck Health Science (LAC hospital). It's only 2 miles from the Mission metro stop and Trader Joes and only a short drive or bus ride from Cal State LA (CSULA), Cal Tech, and Pasadena City College (PCC). It's in North Alhambra so the area is really nice and its only a couple blocks from South Pasadena. I fell in love with the place and the location which is why I picked it. I will have it furnished so you just need to furnish your room. If you have stuff you want to add, that's fine as well. The rent is $800 each a month, which does not include electricity and gas but DOES include water and trash. You would also need to pay a deposit of $350. Also, its ready now if you need to move in right away.
About me, I am a 25 year old female, and I am going to be a first year med student at USC. I am fun-loving and easy-going. I love to cook/bake, hike, and explore new places. I like to have fun but I am studious when I need to be. I am just looking for someone laid back (preferably also a student). Email me know if you are interested or have any questions.
