I have seen this title next to a bunch of physician's names (along with MD) and I was wondering if someone could tell me what the initials stood for, thanks 🙂

Good question. No, it does not stand for Personal Computer.
P.C. = Professional Corporation

Practitioners can incorporate themselves so some doctors register with DEA as John Smith, M.D., P.C. or John Smith, M.D., INC. These registrants are individuals but they want PC or INC by their name to make it clear that they are also a corporation.

And to add to nsurgDOc's comment, the reason physicians incorporate is to limit liability and protect their personal assets against lawsuits. Perhaps there are tax benefits, as well.
