I am curious to hear what former physician assistants have thought of medical school? Are you glad you did this route? Any regrets? Did your professional background help during the first two years. How did you handle going from making a nice living to being a broke student?

We have two PA's in our class. They feel just fine about it, and have said that their strong background has helped them during the first two years (just as expected). Both worked part-time during the first two years.

You might get more input in the nontraditional students forum. I went from nice living to broke student...it's an adjustment and there are sacrifices to be made...but it's still been worth it to me.
