hello

im currently a psych major, but am considering enrolling in a PA program after i graduate. Do any of you know the approximate GPA schools are looking for? Also, what courses do i need to take now as an undergrad. I already have 8 credits of bio, and i know i need chem, but do i need anything else....like organic or physics?

thanks 🙂

WWW.AAPA.ORG FOR GENERAL INFO ABOUT THE PA PROFESSION
prereqs vary by program so look at a few programs near you and take those courses. some require microbio/o-chem, etc
most want a year of bio/chem/anatomy/physiology.
the other major requirement for most programs is health care experience. the majority of programs want several years. check out the website above. there are links there to every program in the country. if you know a specific area/state tou want to work in, post it here and I will post the info.
