Your gpa is fine. be aware many places don't count research as HCE so you might only have 100 hrs of emt, which is WAY below the natl avg of 2.5 YEARS of HCE...
 
Apply early. Your resume sounds pretty good for most schools. Midwestern and Northeastern are very very competitive though, and I am not familiar with the other two, so definitely apply early to them, and continue to do what you can to increase HCE and GPA. Volunteering is also a big booster, whether it is health care related or not, PA schools want to see you interested in helping the underserved. I would also plan to apply to more than four schools to increase your chances.
