Hello out there -

Did anyone else get an application package in the mail from Drexel recently? This may seem like a very dumb question, but is this the application if you want to go for 2005 or 2006? They were talking about the app. process beginning in March and the deadline being July 05, and phone interviews occuring in April, but it seemed 1)awfully late for people that would hypothetically start their program Fall of 2005 and 2) awfully early for 2006, even though they said they follow the AMCAS calendar.

I couldn't make heads or tails out of it. I would like to apply for 2006. Thanks in advance 🙂

The deadline for fall 2005 is July 05, but it is rolling admissions and can make a decision on your application earlier if you submit before July. I think a lot of academic enhancing postbacs have such "late" deadlines because they attract people that might have been rejected in the med school application process in the spring. If you are applying to start in fall 2006, you apply next year.
