I have a question for you. Would you live in northeast part of philly? say, castor garden or mayfair? I saw a couple places today, just wonder if there are any students living there? Thanks...

No way man....Stay in Roxborough or Manayunk....or University City....Northeast is way out there and not the best part. Stay closer to 76.

northeast is still better than north. 🙂

actually some not so bad places up there, but if you have the money, take the R-5 and go to the main line. (sounds pricey, but look further west, devon, paoli, etc...)
