This is regarding use of PAH for caculating renal blood flow.

1) how is PAH administered?
2) how do we calculate the dose in a so that it does not saturate the carrier proteins in the nephrons and is completely filtered and secreted giving the most accurate Renal plasma flow to calculate renal blood flow?
3) have we precalculated patient's total body plasma before administering the PAH ? How do we do that in hospitals?

I would be very grateful if someone could help.
