Paid Practice Step 1?

I am currently scheduled to take my Step 1s for the first time @ the end of June. I see a lot of people mentioning taking and receiving scores on a paid USMLE step 1 test. . . are you talking about a practice computer version from the NBME or another source? How do you go about signing up for the test?
