I hope patients don't confuse these with continuous PNB's. I only see sternotomy pain pumps.

No, I guess they were before several years ago. All now have converted to us doing single shot interscalenes for shoulders.

I was thinking the same thing. A big difference from an indwelling PN catheter with a pump and something an orthopod puts proximal to the joint.....
