palatopharyngeal and palatoglossal arch?

Arent they the same as the muscles? Im confused, I mean, the palatopharyngeal muscle makes the palatopharyngeal arch right? and likewise. I asked my teacher on friday in the dissection room and she told me theyre two different things but she was busy doing other **** so i dont even think she understood what I was asking.
 
It's basically just referring to the bulge in the mucus membrane created by the muscle, iirc. Figuring that and what exactly pillar of the fauces were confused the crap out of me for a while

For all intents and purposes, they are the same...imagine the muscle gets covered by mucosa and gets a new name.
 
thanks! it was doing my head in, cos I could never find both terms on the same picture so I couldnt figure it out.
