Hi -
I bought a Palm pilot about 3 years that is completely out of date now. I am planning on buying a new one soon and was looking for advice. I need one that is going to last for a couple of years. I don't need alot of bells and whistles, just enough memory and speed to run all the medical programs I need. (I have no idea how much memory is necessary). Any advice on these 3 models? Thanks!

If you don't need wireless, get a Palm Tungsten E (street price around $140), and a 256 or 512MB SD card (another $40 or so).

If you need bluetooth, get the Tungsten 5, and put a memory card in it too.

256 is probably enough memory, but for what the bigger cards cost, might as well throw in the extra $10 and get it. My Palm must have 100 MB of medical stuff on it, as well as flying and sailing stuff, and still isn't at 120MB of use.

Don't forget to get a good case, and the protector sheets for the screen. And, if you don't like the stylus, get a combo pen/stylus thats easier to write with.
