The time line that they give you is to allow two weeks from the day it was sent. If it is still not processed after 2 weeks and you call them asking whats up they will tell you that right now is a very busy time for them and it may take up to 3 weeks. They will also tell you to call them if it still has not been processed after 3 weeks. If you call after it has not been processed after 3 weeks, they will tell you to resubmit the letter. And the cycle starts all over again. That's your worst case scenario/what happened to me -- after three and a half weeks of waiting for adsas I had to call the dentist again and ask him to resubmit the letter electronically (and I know that the dentist actually sent the paper letter because he sent copies directly to the school at the same time and all the schools received it, with the exception of the few who do not accept loe's submitted to the schools directly and did not want to look for it).
