Not in the Northeast, CDC would be the place that deals with exotic parasitology in the US. Other than that most hospital labs will just offer bread and butter parasitology in the clinical pathology labs, wouldn’t think of anywhere that focuses on parasitology. Mayo and ARUP have large labs and do a great deal of parasitology.
 
I think Jacobi hospital (through Albert Einstein SOM) has a parasitology department as well.
