I am sure that this question has been addressed thousands of times, but I will ask it again in hopes that you all will be patient w/ me...
In your opinion(s), how would you rank the competitiveness of Carib. schools, INCLUDING the schools in Puerto Rico?
For ex.
1.Ponce
2.UCC
3.SGU
4.Ross etc.
Thanks for the help!

Ponce is a special case, it's an LCME approved school (same as the US schools).

The next three schools would be SGU, Ross, AUC in more or less that order. Then Saba and maybe SMU. The others after that don't matter much at all, with very limited practice rights in the US. Saba and SMU may move up to the top tier at the end of this year if they're approved by the California Medical Board, which will mean that graduates can practice anywhere in the states.
