I read that if one gets 40 questions out of 100 right in any of the 4 branches of the Part 1 exam(anatomic,bio...)it is considered a passing grade!?i.e. a grade 75,is this true?

No one knows for sure, but the test is scaled and only 2% of all test takers get below a 75%. No need to stress over part 1.
