Anyone with thoughts/experience as part-time surgical pathologist as part of transitioning into semi-retirement? How much work necessary to keep one's "eye" up to snuff? Any particular suggestions on arrangements with employers, e.g. independent contractor (IC), pay as employee vs IC, schedules, etc? Locum tenens better/worse way to go? Any experience with the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact?
