Anyone have a ballpark range for what a general pediatrician practicing exclusively outpatient pediatrics should expect for a part time position of 1-2 clinic days per week?

Thanks in advance!

Depends a lot on the area I think. I have heard of private practice salaries basically spanning 150-250k out of residency. If you divide it then on the low end it’s 30k per day and on the high end 50k/day. So maybe you can think of the expected pay scaling like that based on your desired FTE. But that’s based off of full time salaries I have heard of. For one or two days a week, you might have to sign on as a per diem pediatrician in which case you’d get paid hourly and that rate might be different. I am thinking maybe 80-130 $/hr would be expected. That’s my best guess but I’m not too confident.
