I have a question regarding the two harvard programs.
The partner's program seems to have very little elective time and very clinically oriented...I'm more research oriented. Also Partner's research seems to focus on molecular genetics and less on electrophys (whcih is what I'm more interested in). I'm sure you can find anything you want at MGH, but...seems like a lot of work
The Longwood/BIDMC program seems more chill clinically. But it's not even ranked on the notorious list of 80 schools. How good exactly is the Longwood neurology program?? Is it on par with JHU/Penn/UCSF/Columbia etc. or is it more like a 10-20 program.
