I've read that PA's can specialize but I haven't really found out how they specialize and what they can specialize in. I was wondering how it compared to how doctors specialize. Do PA's get different titles like the way specialized doctors do?

PA's can "specialize" but it is not the same as a full blown physician residency. Generally a PA will get a job in whatever specialty they want to work in and their supervising doc will train them. There are post graduate PA training programs (usually a year in length)in different specialties, check out AAPA. No your title does not change you will still be called PA.

For all your PA needs stop by http://www.physicianassistant.net/index.php

And what the deal with the title, "PA's taking crap," huh? Everyone takes crap in the health care field, get use to it.
