pass/fail on pre-reqs?

I'm thinking of doing pass/fail for Biochem. I've only used P/F once before & this course will be during my senior year, after the apps are already sent in. So ... should I or shouldn't I?

Correct me if I'm wrong but from my understanding, you cannot do pass/fail in any pre-reqs

I've heard the same thing, that you need to take it for a grade.

yes i have also heard pass and fail courses do not count

What if the school you go to has a mandatory pass/fail policy for the first 2 terms and you took some prereqs during that time?

If it's mandatory, adcoms might understand, but you really should give them a call. I know some schools don't have regular grading practices, and they just do professor reviews, and I'm sure they figure something out.
