Pass/Fail Pre-reqs

I am a freshman in college taking the prepharmacy prerequisites, Biology really hit me hard this semester. I flunked the first exam with a 48 and only managed to pass the second exam with a 75. If I put a class such as General Biology which is a prerequisite on Pass/Fail would that hurt my chances of being admitted into pharmacy school?

you could pass/fail it then retake it for a grade..
