Shouldn’t be an issue. Usually schools are good about communicating the grading rubric so nobody is gonna think you missed out on honors. If you want to be doubly certain, you could ask your letter writers if they would mention it as well.
Usually in my field a pass in your sub I would be a huge red flag and auto reject, but it’s also extremely rare. Seeing your P would make me look twice and then I’d see the rubric for sure. This is pretty common in competitive fields, so if anyone has matched well from your school, then clearly they do a good job communicating how your grading works.
