I passed the test like 2 weeks ago. What do I need to do now to get my new license?

If you're from California, go here and choose Pharmacy Technician (PDF). Print out the PDF, read the instructions, fill out the forms, prepare all the required legal documents you need to submit. Keep track of what you have completed, what you need to order, etc. Once you've collected everything you need to submit, mail your application to the designated address in a large sealed envelope. Try to complete all the steps ASAP, because it can take months before your application is approved and your license is sent to you. In the meantime, start applying for jobs and brush up on your interview skills. Start early and don't overwhelm yourself with too many steps at once.
