Passing rate for ABPN dropped to 82% for 2022

Hello, any thoughts on the drop in the passing rates of the ABPN to 82% in 2022. Down from 84% 2021? Any recommendations on studying schedule or material to increase chances of passing?

It'd be interesting to see how many fails were from those who needed recertification rather than first time test takers. I studied Ching-Chen throughout residency (except psych, peds, and onc sections). Then did all of TrueLearn 1-2 months before and redid my incorrects the 1-2 weeks before. Finished the test in 2.5 hours and scored exactly average.

Just did Cheng-Ching , it’s an impressive book . I don’t think you need anything else . You will do really good if you memorize it well.
