Hey guys,

I'm really having a hard time with the keyhole and top front end view portions of the Pat.
I have rescheduled my test because of this. Do you guys have any tips other than practice. I have top score, achiever and crack the pat.

Thank you!

I had the same problem. I would recommend using POE for this technique and looking out for differences in edges and more importantly, the small angles and size proportions. Achiever especially helps with this. I used to look at the problems once I got my score breakdown on the achiever and try to reason out their answer choice and compare it to my wrongly selected option. This helped me figure out where I was making an error. Hope this helps and good luck on studying and taking the test 🙂

Process of Elimination, meaning looking at answer choices first and canceling out any obviously wrong choices and then looking at the remaining options and seeing which ones represents the object the best. On my scratch paper I wrote down ABCDE 10-15 times and used that to keep track of the answer choices that I had eliminated.
Also, my testing center did not allow me to write anything in my 15 min tutorials so I had to work faster on the science section to save some time in the end to draw grids and tables for the PAT section.

Thank you for your reply.

I'm getting better at it with Achiever's 3D explanation and focusing on the subtle differences along with line counting . Last test was a 12/15! I wont get too ahead of myself just yet.

Elimination works good for this one. Right off the bat, we can see that C, D, and E just don't work. Now it comes down to A and B. While the figure would fit through B, B is missing a hole in the center. By default, A is the answer. OR, you could rotate the figure and invert it to actually see that A works.
