Hey guys! I just took the DAT and I got an 18 (needs a little work) as my academic average and a 22 ( yay!) on pat. I'm taking the test over again because I feel like schools look at the academic average more than the pat score. Do you guys know if certain schools look at the pat score more than the academic average?

There is no set rule, but you'd rather have a high AA and TS than a high PAT score.

last year at the university of oklahoma, during my "why you didnt get in this year" appointment, i was told by the president of the board of admissions that they dont even look at the pat score. kinda sux if youre one of those people thats stong in that area. i got a 23pat...go figure. i got a 18 for my academic average too the first time i took the dat. got it up to a 19 the second time and got in my second year applying. keep studying/practicing.
