More votes please, since I'm planning a PAT workshop at my school, I thought it would be nice to show them a bit of statistics on people's PAT fear.

Wow alot of people have problem with Orthographic Projection? That part is easy, maybe because I have an engineering background. The Angle part is the worst. I still have not understood the technique for it.

What I did for the angle ranking was that I first tried to recognize the smallest and largest angle which, most of the time was pretty obvious. As for the remaining two angles, I would cover the length of the lines for both the angles and look at the opening by the vertex to see which opening (angle) is larger. However, make sure that you cover the lines of the two different angles equally so that the two angles' lines look like they are the same length.

I'm sorry. I hope you can understabnd what I wrote because it's really hard to expain it.

Oh and yes most engineers and architects find the orthographic projection section the easiest.

could you rephrase this please. i am getting some of the idea, but not all of it. i appreciate.

No they are not the same. Hole punching is where you have a fold, another fold, another, fold, and then a hole is punched.

Paper folding is you have a layout piece of 2D geometry, then you fold it together to form a 3D structure. No hole punching involved.

I hated angle discrimination, although I always hit about 90% of the correct answers on the tons of practice tests I took, I still hated it the most. For whatever reason it always annoyed me and gave me a headache.

OK you are right . . . I remember now. That section (paper folding) was hard.
