I'm starting my second time around on the PAT of the kaplan online course and I'm doing terrible on these front, end, top questions. A lot of you mentioned that the kaplan PAT is a lot easier than the real thing. Hence, I'm starting to worry. I am terrible with visualizing things that are on paper and twisting it in my mind. Plus, the dotted lines and solid lines are confusing me and I can't organize it in my head. Any advice, PLEASE.

try to count the number of solid line and dashes lines. our kaplna teacher told us these trickes for tfe

1.vertical events on top view always corrosponse to verticals on the front view.
2. horizontal view on top view always corrosponse to vertical in the end view.
3. horizontal in the end front view corrosponse to the horizontal in the end view.
based on these 3 things count the dotted lines and solid lines and try to find the same trend in the answer choices.

I tried this trick and I don't think it's working for me. When a circle is shown on the top or front view, how do you count the lines for these?
