PATHOLOGY AND FA problem

FA is a good review for all subjects and if I obtain new info about anything..i usually annotate the relevant page in FA and move on...
we all know that the FA is lacking in the pathology section..and every time i read a chapter say from the new goljanRR and get a "pearl" or get one from the QB,UW i feel like i have to annotate and I DONT HaVE ANY SPACE...there is so much.😡
is anyone else going thru this and if so what are you doing about it... ?
how to annotate FA pathology section...🙁 or ways to do it...HELP

Pare down the notes, write the pertinent info on a Post-it and stick that on your FA pages. Write down ONLY the info you are most likely to forget, that should help with your space issue.

Kinkos will cut off the binding and 3-hole punch any book for around 5$....you can then add in any diagrams, old study sheets, sheets of Q's that you got wrong on that pages subject matter, etc. I admit that this method is a bit rediculous/ocd....but I don't think its any crazier then trying to cram your notes in tiny little writing all over the book and having random pages you inserted falling out...

that is actually what I did, exept I cut the binding out myself using my dads table saw last summer. I also went the next step and labeled each section and subsections with different color tabs for quick flipping to each section. Its working out pretty good except the pages are a little easier to tear out with only a 3 ring binder holding them in. Alot of work, but if you have plenty of time till your test, then It might be worth it.

Along those lines I took out the first part of the book that talks about taking the USMLE and the back section on different resources so I'd have places to add pages for new notes.

this is what i ended up doing.took a box cutter and sliced off the path section and put in another folder with blank pages between it.
my other sections are soo..packed with post its and multi corored papers looks like a junk yard...i dont know how to cut down.
