Do you think BRS Pathology plus the Lange pathology cards (plus whatever's in First Aid) will be sufficient for Step I? I know people rave about Goljan --- but would three sources be overdoing it?

As with every question of this type on SDN, you'll have to define "sufficient."
Nevertheless, if you learn pathology well in class and use these sources as review I imagine you'll have the potential to answer 90~95% of pathology questions. (assuming near-perfect retention)
I thought Goljan audio was not useful considering the time required to listen to it (only listened to 2 hrs). But it is quite popular here.
