Pathophysiology for the Boards and Wards Edition 3 vs 4???

Does anyone know if there is a huge difference between the third (2000) and the fourth (2003) Edition? I know the price is a big difference???? Thanks! 🙂

I haven't seen the 2000 edition, but I do have the 2003 edition and it's great. I use it everyday and it has helped tremendously putting things together.
