Does anyone have a good set of patient handouts they could share? I’m looking for handouts explaining radiculopathy, facet arthropathy, spinal stenosis, MBBs, epidurals, RFA, kyphoplasty, etc. Ideally something I can modify to my own purposes.

I’m trying to get more efficient in clinic, and I think having handouts could save me a minute or two per patient, plus save follow up calls when they forget the plan.

Thanks!

How about sitting down yourself and doing it like I did...I don't mean to be unpleasant with you but take a day and do it yourself. That way the handout is your own.

what EMR are you using? some have a built in clinical reference to put in your discharge instructions. I find that that way is 1. fastest 2. documentation to insurance that yes, you did initiate physician directed home exercise program and conservative treatment.

Aprima. I can have the IT director upload whatever I want to it but I have to find or make it first, and there isn’t really a smooth process for printing it to give to the patient.
