does anyone have a template that was particularly good for keeping track of their patients over a few days that they could post?

Have you checked out the scutsheets available on www.scutwork.com? You could use theirs or look at a bunch and then make up your own after you get some experience and get a feel for what you need.

I have an old one passed down from Internal Medicine residents that I liked. It's not the clearest quality due to repeated photocopying from photocopies. I guess I could try to scan it sometime if I can ever get my temperamental scanner to work. 🙂
