Depends, on your deductions. Are you married, do you have kids, do you own a home, we'll all get the education credits, where you live...so most likely you'll see the vast majority of the stipend(it's at 1906 starting in July), but SS taxes will be taken out like always, but state and fed income tax will be little to nothing if your stipend is the only source of income and you're married.
