payback clause

Do most of the MSTPs have this clause, or is mostly md/phd programs? Just curious, because as we all know **** does happen and you never know what is going to happen in the next 7 (or 8...9...etc)

as of 1993 (i think thats the year) - no mstp's are allowed to require payback.

increasingly, md/phds are getting rid of payback clauses - but they do exist and are program specific.
