paying application fee

Just got off the phone with the AADSAS application representative and still abit confused on this:

In regards to payment,
Who do we pay? AADSAS only? or to each individual school as well?

Is there a place where I can read up on this?

Step 1) Pay AADSAS flat flee to them through their methods outlined on the application.
Step 2) Pay all dental schools their secondary fee (usually $30-75$) as listed on the school's website. For some schools you must wait for them to contact you, but most of them want this fee sent concurrently (you must look). Some schools also want pictures, essays, and other things sent along with your secondary fee.

Verify with schools, but I found this accurate.

The ADEA book is probably accurate. I bookmarked every school's application procedures on their website. Make a folder on your desktop and quickly use the links if needed
