I graduated from USC '97 and know a little bit about the program. I believe both programs are very good in their own respects. It all depends on what you are looking for from your education. In general PBL's are much stronger with their sciences but are much weaker with their clinical skills when they finish. If I had to choose which program to take I probably would choose the "classic" program at this point because the school still doesn't have the details worked out w/ the PBL yet.
