if i submit my app before i retake the pcat, will the schools wait to look at my new pcat scores?

That is a good question. Why don't you write a letter to your school and state that you will retake the test and have them put your application on hold. You should do that otherwise they will discard your application immediately if the PCAT is lower than they determined.

Don't worry, or you should give the school a call instead of writting a letter, but I recommend a personal typing letter.

I listed on my Pharmcas application that I was planning on taking the PCAT again. I got a few interview offers with my first PCAT score but UF put my application on hold until I received the new score. After the new score came in around March, I got accepted to UF.

So if the schools like your first score or two, they'll go ahead and call you up for an interview... otherwise the majority will wait until the new score comes in, so long as you met all of their other requirements.
