PCO is the name of an institution: Pennsylvania College of Optometry.
Looking at your other few posts, I don't think you're going to have much luck getting info about bachelors programs for optometry in India on SDN. This forum is mostly for US/Canadian schools. Over here, optometry is a graduate degree (doctorate) so you need a bachelors degree first in order to get in (for the most part anyways).
