do I submit my secondary to the GA address or the Philly address? What about the letters of rec??

In the instructions when I filled out PCOM-Ga, it specifically stated to send everything to the philadelphia campus, but with GEORGIA CAMPUS in the address (i.e. PCOM-GA Campus, whatever street, Philadelphia, PA).
