It seems like alot of people on SDN were complaining because they had not heard from PCOM. I am a NJ resident and have had my application complete for abuot 5-6 weeks (I took the August MCAT so it was complete as soon as they received the scores). I was granted an interview for Dec 1, maybe they are reviewing more apps now? Anyone else going on the 1st of December. I hope this gives some of you guys hope since I'm not a PA resident and was granted an interview.

Since they waited so long to review files and begin interviews, how are they deciding who to review first. Is it all in the worder the applications arrived or do they put them in alphabetical order and go through it that way?

I'm still waiting on PCOM also. 🙁

I live in New Jersey, about an hour from PCOM. I'm not sure if that had any weight in the decision, also I did my undergrad in Pennsylvania. I have a 3.4 cum and science gpa with a 26P MCAT which I took in august.

I was just invited for 12/8 via snail mail. I will probably decline, since I've had an acceptance at NSU and several interviews in warm climates. Atlanta I would def consider. My state = Tejas.

I am not a PA resident and received my invite on 11/01 for 11/08 interview which I turned down. They have been interviewing out of staters all month.

It seems though the out of staters they interview are still on the East coast. They might have started at PA residents, East coast students, and maybe moving to west. I'm wondering if anyone have recieved anything from PCOM that live in west coast like I do.

Hmm, I am not sure if they have a regional preference after their home state. I know UNE does, after Maine they prefer New England and then North East and then the rest but never heard of PCOM doing that. However, it is probably beneficial for them to interview nearby states because people are more likely to attend if it is close to home?

hey... i was completed around oct 10th and my interview was scheduled for november 15th. i'm sure they are reviewing more and more.
