Well in terms of getting interviewed and then possibly accepted, anyway... The USNews numbers looked like this:

PCOM - 553/3272; 309/259; 237/177; 161/105

That's Applications - In state/OOS; Interviewed - In state/OOS; Accepted - In state/OOS; and Enrolled - In state/OOS. Good chances for in staters.
