I'm confused about which PDA to get. The people at this site seem pretty knowledgeable and seem to be pushing the Treo pretty hard. Anyone else have any input/feedback? Any other sites to look at that are dedicated to PDAs in medicine?

I love my treo. I dont have to carry cellphone/pal/pager when I have this. The only drawbacks are the Palm OS: personal preference (although the treo 700 will be windows-based) and the screen: too small.

Other than that, its a great device.

I have the cheapest of the cheap- a palm zire 31. I basically just use it for epocrates and the calculator, and it works great.
