Anyone know how to print these things out so they don't start in the middle of a page, and end on the top quarter of the next one? I have resized them to standard paper size, but the way they created their pdfs there is a large space at the top and bottom of their scan, or whatever. This has happened with TUCOM-NE and a few others. I am using a mac, and viewing the pdf with "preview". Thanks!

I've had similar problems with the Western secondary. Try going to the Adobe website and downloading a 30 day free trial of Adobe Acrobat Professional. You can then twink the original PDF file. The cool thing is you can save your data to that same PDF file. Hope this helps.
