Hi all, PICU fellow here interested in pediatric cardiac intensive care. What is the estimated career salary increase doing further training via 1 year CVICU fellowship? 2 year cards fellowship?

Looking at salary.com… hard to believe the median salary actually decreases from 226k to 166k?!

That is not the median salary. Mid-career pediatric cardiac intensivists probably make in the $280000 to $300000 range.
