I just joined the cardiology dept and I am finding that the pediatric cardiology handbook by Park isn't enough anymore... any other useful peds cardiology books anyone would recommend?

Do you mind sharing in what role/capacity you have joined the cardiology dept? Are you still a resident in Shanghai or are you now employed by a group? There are many cardiology books I can recommend, but most fit a particular niche (and may focus on one subject area within the total field e.g. adult congenital heart disease, electrophysiology, etc). Having a little more info about your role and needs would help.

I am still a resident, patients with critical cardiac conditions are usually admitted in the PICU rather than the cardiac unit of my hospital. The cardiac unit deals mainly with Kawasaki disease patients, Lead poisoning (?), ASD, VSD, PDA and other congenital diseases where the patient is rather stable. I have a 2 months rotation there. I will also rotate for 3 months in the PICU after that.
