Pediatric DO

Hi, I'm just thinking in go to Do schools, I did 2 years of medschool outside USA, and then I will finish with pre-med and I decided to go to Osteopathic school..So I would like to know if there is any change after Do school do prediatic residency?
I really have to lear more about DO, but any advice is welcome.

Yes, DOs get pediatric residencies.

Do you live in the states now? I know some DO schools will not take students outside the USA.
